A special kind of running and yoga weekend in the heart of the Salzkammergut. A mixture of exercise, active recreation, relaxation and enjoyment awaits you!

Deutsche Vizemeisterin im Ultratrail und Teilnehmerin der Weltmeisterschaft im Trail- und Berglauf (2023-P22), Weltmeisterin im Triathlon (2021-Altersklasse), Deutsche Meisterin im Ultramarathon (2024). Dazu ausgebildete Triathlon Trainerin.
