DAS Hintersee is working hard to minimise the use of plastic. One step in this direction is our water bottling plant, which has been in operation since 2022. The fresh water from our own spring in Hintersee is a true gift of nature. After being pumped out, it is gently enriched with magnesium and other essential minerals to preserve its natural character while meeting the needs of our guests. In this way, we ensure that during your stay at DAS Hintersee you can enjoy not only delicious-tasting water, but also mineral-rich water that promotes your well-being. Together with our long-standing partner BWT, we have launched a special project this year that combines sustainability, adventure and personal memories. We have placed a board with a QR code on the Anzenberg, which hikers can discover after their successful ascent.
