Salzburg Tour with visit to Mozart's birthplace

The tour to Salzburg city is technically easy with a high percentage of asphalt, but is classified as a medium-difficulty eMTB tour due to its length.
The tour starts from Hintersee via Ebenau and Koppl along the south-eastern side of Salzburg's Gaisberg. Outward via the Fageralm to Elsbethen and the Salzach. Once there, you can comfortably follow the well-maintained cycle path directly along the Salzach to Salzburg city centre. Please note the traffic ban in the Getreidegasse on your bike tour to Salzburg. In addition, the small and winding city with its many visitors is less suitable for cycling around, which is why we recommend pushing your e-bikes. The big plus of the Alpine town: due to its small size, the most beautiful and famous sights can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The numerous inns and restaurants will provide you with enough food and drink.
The way home this time takes you through the city, past the main railway station to Schallmos and Gnigl, then along the north side of the Gaisberg to Koppl. From here you already know the way, because now it's back via Ebenau to the starting point at Hotel DAS Hintersee.
