YOGA RETREAT

Finding time for yourself between all the meetings, deadlines and tasks is often easier said than done. In this yoga retreat the focus is primarily on yourself, regenerating yourself and simply doing something good for yourself.

Everyone is welcome, whether alone, as a couple or a group of friends - we would like to help you find the often-quoted 'inner center' and the switch-off button from the daily speed madness through the combination of physical exercise, self-awareness and breathing techniques.

Beginners as well as advanced yogis and yoginis can take part this weekend. Yoga is not about better, faster or more perfect, but rather you should be who you are. Our yoga trainer Gerti is really looking forward to a nice weekend with you.

Program Sequence

Friday:

• Comfortable arrival by 4 p.m
• Yoga Flow from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m
  • Leave your everyday life behind you - come to terms with yourself - find your inner balance
• Dinner together and getting to know the group

Saturday:

• Yoga Flow from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m
  • Flowing movements – feel your strength and flexibility
• Extended breakfast until 10:30 a.m
• Hiking tips and recommendations for beautiful paths for walking are available at reception
• SPA time from 2 p.m. – massage offers can be booked in advance
• Yoga Flow from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m
  • Gentle series of exercises - breathing and relaxation exercises for greater well-being
• Dinner together

Sunday:

• Yoga Flow from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
  • Focus your mind – Buteyko breathing – Yin yoga – meditation
• Possibility to have breakfast until 10 a.m., followed by a leisurely journey home
• Extension days possible!
